Our aim is to encourage more people to be mindful and meditate as this is how we will create peace.

Mindfulness and meditation teachers and coaches assist their clients to find a centre of calm and peace in a chaotic world. They make a real and measurable difference in people’s lives. We are passionate about the benefits of mindfulness, our aim is to ensure that mindfulness and meditation teachers and coaches uphold ethical standards and are adequately trained to do this work.
